Agreement

By using Huddle History ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these terms — continued use after changes means you accept them.

What Huddle History Does

Huddle History syncs publicly available data from the Sleeper fantasy football platform to generate league history pages, statistics, and AI-powered weekly recaps. The Service is provided as-is for entertainment and informational purposes.

Accounts

  • You sign in with a magic link sent to your email — no password is created or stored.
  • You're responsible for access to the email account you use to sign in.
  • One person may hold multiple accounts, but please don't create accounts to abuse rate limits or harass others.
  • The first person to sync a Sleeper league becomes its owner on Huddle History. Ownership doesn't imply you are the league's commissioner on Sleeper — it means you can manage that league's page and send recap emails.

Participant Claims

  • You may "claim" a league participant identity (e.g., "I am Charlie"). Claims are self-reported and unverified.
  • Claims are non-exclusive — multiple accounts may claim the same participant, since there's no way to verify Sleeper account ownership.
  • Don't claim someone else's identity to mislead or harass other league members.
  • We reserve the right to remove claims that violate these terms.

Recap Subscriptions & Emails

  • You may subscribe to receive weekly recap emails for any synced league.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any recap email, from the league page, or from your account page.
  • Recap emails are sent manually by league owners — they are not automated.
  • We will never send you emails you didn't sign up for.

AI-Generated Content

  • Weekly recaps are generated by AI models based on real league statistics.
  • While recaps are grounded in actual scores and records, AI-generated commentary is for entertainment. It may contain errors, hallucinations, or opinions you disagree with.
  • AI recaps do not represent the views of Huddle History, Sleeper, or any league member.
  • League owners can regenerate recaps if the content is inaccurate or inappropriate.

Acceptable Use

Don't use Huddle History to:

  • Harass, stalk, or threaten other users or league members.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API endpoints.
  • Scrape, mirror, or redistribute the Service or its content at scale.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Sleeper Data

  • Huddle History is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sleeper.
  • We access only publicly available data through the Sleeper API.
  • If Sleeper changes their API or terms, some features may become unavailable.
  • League data accuracy depends on what's available from Sleeper — we don't guarantee completeness.

Intellectual Property

  • Huddle History's code, design, and branding belong to us.
  • League data originates from Sleeper and its users — we don't claim ownership of your league's scores or history.
  • AI-generated recaps are provided for your use within the Service. You're welcome to share them with your league.

Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability.
  • Fantasy football decisions made based on Huddle History content are your own responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huddle History and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You can stop using Huddle History at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but provisions that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
